Documents expose Giorgi Sharvashidze’s plagiarism

Liberty Monitor has obtained documents which, according to experts, expose Rector of the Tbilisi State University Giorgi Sharvashidze as a plagiarist. The topic of his thesis is Structural Reforms of Higher Education and Tendencies in the Development of Georgia’s Private Schools of Higher education. Sharvashidze defended this thesis in 2003.
